Provisional licence shown and pass eyesight check on 1st lesson. no abusive behaviour will be tolerated.
Payments: You must pay for any tuition fee at the start of the lesson or course or pre paid into the bank beforehand.
Cancellation Policy: You must give more than 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or rearrange an On the Road driving lesson, otherwise you will be liable to pay for 100% of the lesson fee.
Your instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the training vehicle for the test or a lesson, if in the opinion of the instructor the client is:
i) Not at driving test pass standard.
ii) Medically unfit (including eyesight).
iii) Under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Please be aware that as the driver you are legally responsible for any fines and/or points obtained from Road Traffic Act contraventions or local council/police issued Penalty Charge Notices (PCN)
